    What comes to mind when you think of peace? For years we have been praying for peace in the Middle East. What most of us hope for is that each side will put down their weapons and stop harming each other. But is that real peace? Is that lasting peace? Is that the kind of peace that Scripture talks about it when it talks about peace? As we look again at where we are in light of God’s Plan of Redemption, and then look again at several passages that talk about peace, my prayer is that we will walk away with an entirely better understanding of what “peace on earth” really looks like this Advent season.
