    This week, we finally come to the end of the Book of Acts. But if you are expecting to read about Paul’s trial before Caesar, his eventual acquittal and release from prison, and how the gospel continued to flourish in the Roman empire, then prepare to be disappointed. Luke records none of these things. So why does he end this book the way he does? Why after 28 chapters, does he leave us with Paul in prison awaiting trial? What are we supposed to make of this strange ending to such an incredible book?
